What this is not
- Not investment advice. The API and this dashboard summarize public disclosure — filings that Members are legally required to make. It does not compute returns, P&L, or trade recommendations.
- Not "who's winning." "Most active" ranks by disclosed transaction count, not returns. We surface activity and transparency; we don't score performance.
- Disclosure bucket, not cash. Congress disclosures show a dollar range (e.g. \$15K–\$50K) rather than the exact amount.
- Timing lag. STOCK Act filings can be up to 45 days after the trade. What you see is the disclosure record, not real-time positions.
